Coach T Academy exists to create a space where girls feel seen, supported, and challenged to be better — not just the best. This is a culture built on female support, detailed instruction, and helping athletes overcome the mental road blocks that hold them back. Lacrosse is the vehicle. Growth is the destination.

Training here is open to any young female athlete in the valley who is ready to commit to bettering herself. That means showing up, putting in the work, and being coachable. The game will take care of the rest.

Coach T brings D1 experience as both a player and coach, a deep knowledge of the Roaring Fork Valley, and a genuine investment in every athlete she works with — not just as a player, but as a person.
